By participating as a featured athlete, you acknowledge and agree that:
Your profile, media, and related content are managed entirely at the discretion of Zero Status.
Zero Status reserves the right to edit, format, and present your content for promotional and editorial purposes.
Your inclusion on the platform is subject to our internal quality standards and may be modified or removed at any time without prior notice.
Content Rights & License
By submitting or providing any content to us (including photos, videos, or personal information), you:
Confirm that you own or possess the necessary rights to use and share this content.
Grant Zero Status a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and promote this content in connection with our services, marketing, and related initiatives.
Note: This license remains in effect unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, even if your profile is no longer publicly displayed on the platform.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While Zero Status strives to provide premier exposure and visibility for athletes, we do not guarantee recruitment, sponsorships, partnerships, or any specific career outcomes. Scouts, brands, and other third parties operate independently of our platform. Any interactions, negotiations, or formal agreements occur solely between the athlete and those external parties.
Payments, Services & Merchandise
Zero Status may offer paid media services, event registrations, or merchandise. Please note:
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All purchases are considered final unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
Refunds, when offered, are granted solely at the discretion of Zero Status or the applicable third-party provider.
All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Third-Party Services
Certain offerings, such as event registrations or external media hosting, may be facilitated through third-party platforms. All platform content—including but not limited to branding, design elements, text, graphics, and underlying software—is the exclusive property of Zero Status and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Status shall not be liable for:
Any loss of opportunities, potential income, or reputation.
